The Moana Taka Partnership, jointly managed by the Secretariat of the Pacific Regional Environment Programme (SPREP) and Swire Shipping Pte. Ltd. (Swire Shipping) (collectively referred to herein as “we”, “our” or “us”) is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of all individuals engaging with the programme.
“Personal data” is any information about an individual from which that person can be directly or indirectly identified. This policy outlines how personal data is collected, used, stored and protected in accordance with the principles and practices of both SPREP and Swire Shipping.
“Personal Data Protection Laws” means all applicable legislation relating to privacy or data protection in force from time to time, including without limitation, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”), the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (No.26 of 2012) of Singapore (“PDPA”) etc.
